Regional Senior BD Manager

This organization, renowned for delivering data-driven insights and advanced technology platforms in Human Capital and Enterprise Capability, is seeking a results-driven professional to grow its strategic market development and secure high-value corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this role is instrumental in driving team revenue generation. While you grow existing key accounts, you will systematically identify and cultivate strategic corporate accounts across key non-financial sector industries. Tapping on a highly consultative approach, you will partner closely with clients to diagnose complex talent and organizational challenges. Working with your internal experts, you would formulate and propose the respective solutions. This role involves managing sophisticated sales cycles and effectively articulating the substantial strategic value and return on investment (ROI) of premium solutions, focusing on how they integrate and impact the client's existing talent frameworks. You need to be comfortable presenting solutions directly to C-Suite executives.

Requirements

To succeed, candidates must possess 7 - 12 years of demonstrable success in Business Development or Corporate Sales, with a clear track record of growing market share and securing key corporate accounts. Experience selling High-Value Enterprise Software, Management Consulting Services (B2B), or Complex HR/Talent Solutions would be most welcomed. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented strategist with exceptional interpersonal skills and a robust professional network among senior stakeholders.
