Regional SAP Manager (West)

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to oversee the organisation's SAP applications and support its wider regional transformation plans.

Sitting between the business, internal users and external SAP partners, you will help turn operational requirements into workable solutions while ensuring projects are delivered smoothly across the region.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Plan and coordinate SAP implementations and rollouts across multiple regional entities.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Manage AMS vendors, implementation partners and external consultants.
• Take ownership of the overall SAP solution design and system architecture.
• Lead SAP projects from planning through completion, covering timelines, budgets, scope and delivery quality.
• Support functional users and resolve ongoing system or application-related matters.
• Review and improve SAP system performance, availability, security and overall stability.
• Coordinate system upgrades and enhancements based on evolving business needs.
• Maintain SAP governance standards, including access management, system controls and regulatory compliance.
• Keep track of developments within the SAP landscape and recommend relevant improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 to 8 years of technical SAP experience, ideally within an S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Strong exposure to SAP architecture, implementation, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of ABAP and SAP PO/PI development.
• Experience leading ERP or SAP implementation projects, including business blueprinting, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Prior experience managing external vendors within an application support environment.
• Comfortable supporting regional operations across multiple countries and business units.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and project coordination skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• SAP module certifications, PMP, ITIL or similar credentials would be an advantage.
