SAP Regional Manager/MNC/West/5days week

To assist and over see the administration of regional SAP System consisting of project implementation, governance frameworks and compliance of SAP systems control management to protect and aligning business objectives for Asia.

. Managing the Application Management Services (AMS) vendors, partners and consultants

. Understanding SAP architecture and taking responsibility for the overall solution design

. Link up to the business for the major requirements (being the dictionary between business requirements and the external execution)

. Planning and driving the rollouts to the region's entities

. Maintain and optimize SAP System Management and provide SAP solutions to meet organizational needs

. Lead and coordinate SAP projects management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards

. Liaise with the functional SAP end-users and business teams to assist with the ongoing functional support of SAP

. Developing solution to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, ensuring system functionality supports operational goals

. Develop and enforce SAP policies, continuous monitoring system performance, security, and availability, and ensure compliance with organizational standards, and implement necessary upgrades

. Stay updated on SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to drive ongoing system enhancements.

. Ensure SAP governance frameworks, processes, access management, and system controls compliance to protect sensitive business and financial information.

. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance

. SAP module certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, ABAP), PMP, ITIL, or other project management credentials preferred

. 6 to 8 years of technical experience in SAP and its products, preferably S/4HANA Public Cloudarchitecture, technology stack and ABAP/PO/PI development, implementation, upgrades and troubleshooting, with proven leadership and project management experience

. Experience in ERP implementation projects including leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions

. Vendor management experience in application support environments and regional support with multi-country SAP environments.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving ability to communicate with business, with cross-functional teams and understanding process management structures.
