This role focuses on growing Durkee's manufactured product sales. You'll nurture existing representative relationships while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted growth objectives.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC/R industry, including consultants, distributors, engineers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.

Develop awareness of industry trends and conduct in-depth analysis. Maintain comprehensive understanding of competitors products, services, and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Utilizing CRM for sales tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in the commercial HVAC/R industry or B2B sales skills (preferred).

Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred).
