Lead the sales, marketing, and strategic alliances strategy for our LMS platform across NorthEast Asia, with a strong focus on Greater China and Hong Kong. This role requires strong industry contacts, a proven ability to generate sales from Greater China, and experience in building partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities / Job Scope:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, particularly in Greater China.
- Leverage existing networks and contacts to generate new business and expand market presence.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances and partnerships across North Asia.
- Conduct market analysis, due diligence, and provide strategic guidance on potential initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and partnership models.
- Manage relationships with strategic clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Participate in high-value negotiations and contract discussions.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform decisions.
- Provide insights to management on product positioning, market demand, and sales tactics.
- Recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies or product offerings.
- Lead market entry strategies for new countries, segments, or verticals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices across all territories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in sales and marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record in bringing in sales from Greater China and driving regional growth.
- Strong network and established contacts in Greater China markets.
- Experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, and high-value negotiations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
