What You'll Do

. Strategic Sales Planning: Lead the development of data-driven sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans to maximise revenue, improve sales performance, and support long-term business growth.

. Market Analytics & Performance: Drive business performance through data analysis, market intelligence, and KPI monitoring to deliver insights that support growth, optimise strategies, and enhance decision-making.

. Stakeholder& Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimise sales processes, resource allocation, and go-to-market plans to achieve sustainable business growth.

. Sales Operations & Systems: Enhance sales effectiveness through management of sales processes and systems to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and strong execution of business objectives.

. Market Management: Lead market operations by coordinating execution and monitoring performance in all areas (not limited to sales) to ensure efficient delivery of business strategies and achievement of business goals.

What We're Looking For

. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or any related field.

. 1-2 years of experience in regional sales planning or sales operations role.

. Strong analytical, data management, and good communication skills.

. Comfortable working with numbers, processes and excels.

. Curious, positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
