Roles and Responsibilities:
. Develop new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing, negotiating, and closing deals with potential customers.
. Review project specifications and prepare or evaluate sales quotations.
. Provide timely reports to management on market trends, competitors activities, and other relevant updates.
. Stay updated on competitors products, pricing strategies, and new product developments.
. Formulate and implement sales strategies and targets to achieve company objectives.
. Collaborate with internal departments (operations, procurement, and technical teams) to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
. Deliver pre- and post-sales support, including technical assistance, to customers.
Requirements:
. Experience in valves and actuators within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore sectors.
. Comprehensive knowledge of industrial valves (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, etc.) and electric/pneumatic actuators.
. Regional sales experience will be an added advantage.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior management, colleagues, and clients.
. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
