- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing key accounts within the steel line pipe segment.
- Lead commercial negotiations for major contracts and ensure pricing remains competitive and sustainable.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Travel across Southeast Asia (up to 40-50%) to engage clients, attend industry events, and support regional operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and service excellence.
- Drive customer retention initiatives to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
