- Drive regional sales of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (full systems, not components/modules) across Southeast Asia and assigned territories.
- Manage strategic accounts including foundries, IDMs, OSATs, and OEMs identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
- Track market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitor activity maintain accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of equipment sales experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, preferably in back-end processes.
- Good understanding of fab and OSAT workflows, qualification protocols, and CapEx planning cycles.
- Strong customer connections and ability to work independently.
- Able to travel moderately across Southeast Asia and assigned regions.
