Our client, a global leader in smart valve and pump solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive growth across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company products through various channels and industry events, ensuring consistent and positive representation.
- Manage and support existing distribution channels to drive sales performance.
- Identify and develop new customers and market segments within the SEA region.
- Evaluate and execute market expansion opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess potential and guide decision-making.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of market development initiatives and KPIs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business expansion.
- Monitor and stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aligned with brand goals and messaging.
- Participate in brand-building activities, including advertisements, videos, and promotional events.
- Educate and engage potential customers on the brand's mission, values, and product offerings.
- Report business opportunities and market feedback to headquarters for strategic follow-up.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of regional sales experience in B2B industrial solutions (pumps, valves, metering, or related).
- Proven track record in channel management and business development across Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of regional markets, cultural nuances, and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
