Job Description

Our client, a global leader in smart valve and pump solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive growth across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company products through various channels and industry events, ensuring consistent and positive representation.
  • Manage and support existing distribution channels to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and develop new customers and market segments within the SEA region.
  • Evaluate and execute market expansion opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess potential and guide decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of market development initiatives and KPIs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business expansion.
  • Monitor and stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aligned with brand goals and messaging.
  • Participate in brand-building activities, including advertisements, videos, and promotional events.
  • Educate and engage potential customers on the brand's mission, values, and product offerings.
  • Report business opportunities and market feedback to headquarters for strategic follow-up.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of regional sales experience in B2B industrial solutions (pumps, valves, metering, or related).
  • Proven track record in channel management and business development across Southeast Asia.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets, cultural nuances, and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
