Job Description
- Develop and execute the regional sales and market strategy across Southeast Asia to achieve sustainable growth
- Own revenue, order intake, margin performance, and forecast accuracy for the region
- Lead and develop a team of account managers while setting a strong performance-driven culture
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Drive major strategic pursuits, including complex bids and long-cycle sales opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the business at industry forums, conferences, and strategic partner engagements
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience within energy, utilities, or technology-driven infrastructure environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex, solution-based sales and regional growth strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and close high-value, strategic deals
- Experience leading teams and driving performance across multiple markets
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to align customer needs to technical solutions
