About the Role
Lead revenue growth and strategic client development within a fast-paced interior design environment. This role is suited for experienced professionals from property leasing, commercial real estate agencies, or related sectors who want full ownership of the sales pipeline and direct involvement from deal origination to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new opportunities through market outreach, referrals, and existing networks
- Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting, brief development, proposal, negotiation, to award
- Translate client requirements into clear project briefs for design and technical teams
- Lead internal coordination across design, costing, and project teams to deliver compelling proposals
- Present design concepts, costing, and project solutions to clients with confidence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine go-to-market strategy
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and high conversion rates
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in business development, leasing, or commercial property agencies
- Proven track record in client acquisition and deal closure
- Strong understanding of commercial spaces, tenant requirements, and fit-out processes is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage negotiations and pricing
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a high-ownership environment
