We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market expansion for excavators in Singapore. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive channel partnerships, and manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement annual/quarterly sales plans for Singapore, including market penetration strategies, pricing, and competitor analysis.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management

    • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure to achieve revenue targets.

  • Channel & Partner Management

    • Build and manage relationships with key dealers, distributors, and co-marketing partners to expand market reach and drive joint sales initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Service teams to align sales strategies, support product launches, and enhance customer experience.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

  • Customer Relationship Development

    • Engage with key accounts, participate in industry events and trade shows, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    • Minimum 5 years of regional or international sales experience, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or B2B industrial sectors.

  • Language Proficiency

    • Fluent in English and Chinese for professional negotiation, presentation, and commercial communication.

  • Sales & Commercial Skills

    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets experience in channel management, contract negotiation, and strategic account development.

  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset

    • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify market opportunities, and develop actionable sales strategies.

  • Core Competencies

    • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment. Willingness to travel as required.
