- Lead and manage Sales Support Engineer teams.
- Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors/customers in the timely manner.
- Work closely with the outdoor Sales Team and provide technical support to customers.
- Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery.
- Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status.
- Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment.
- Liaise with factory on documentation requirements for customers.
- Liaise and resolve any sales issue with respective customers.
- Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.
- Develop and maintain good customer business relationship.
- Other ad-hoc duties as specified from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirement:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business management degree with relevant working experience.
- At least 5-10 years of sales engineering experience preferably with valves, actuator and oil & gas industry.
- Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership, strategic planning and execution skills.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and ERP System.
- Good communication skill, presentation skills and able to liaise with factory.
- Candidate should be open to travel 50% plus of time.
- Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
