Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of semiconductor equipment to meet or exceed sales targets
- Engage in system, parts, and materials evaluations with customers
- Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, and prepare sales proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with customers and internal R&D teams on activities including presentations, quotations, specification alignment, negotiations, equipment commissioning/acceptance, and post-sales support
- Take ownership of sales negotiations and deal closures
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share for assigned products and services
- Generate and maintain sales reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Minimum diploma in Engineering or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly driven, resourceful, creative, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willing to work outside standard office hours and travel overseas when required
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
