- Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Supporting to secure sales volume and profit targets
- Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI's
- Manage the price management and sales performance management
- Implement strong price management to maximise sales volume and profitability
- Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence
- Planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 8 years of regional sales experience in industrial test & measurement for Automotive
- Understand about ASEAN market (Indonesia / Phillipine / Vietnam Etc)
- Good connection & access into Singapore Power (SP), Energy Market Authority (EMA) and Land Transport Agency (LTA).
- Able to travel around South East Asia for work assignment if need be (40% travelling)
- Comfortable with 60 basic / 40 comms payout scheme + AWS + transport allowance
