Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning & Goal Setting: Create and implement regional sales plans, set quotas, and establish sales goals that align with overall company objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor regional performance metrics (KPIs), conduct regular performance reviews, and prepare sales reports for senior management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion: Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth, such as finding new customers.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage the annual budget for the region, including forecasting quarterly and annual profits.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
