Regional Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

We are partnering with a global medical device company operating in over 100 countries with a global headcount of over 40,000 employees. With their regional sales office in Singapore and a growing presence across Southeast Asia, they are known for their extensive portfolio of high-quality medical products and clinical solutions across multiple care settings. As part of their ongoing growth phase in the region, they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial expansion across Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across Singapore and Malaysia for a diverse portfolio of medical devices, particularly in medical consumables. You will be responsible for managing both direct sales to hospitals and healthcare institutions, as well as channel partner management across the region. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, build strong relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders, and proactively identify new business opportunities. Given the company's growth trajectory, this role has strong potential to expand in scope over time.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years of Medical Devices consumables sales experience, with a proven track record in managing accounts across Singapore and Malaysia. Prior experience handling both direct and distribution channel sales will be an added advantage. You will need to be well-networked with key decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare institutions in the region, and comfortable working across clinical and procurement levels. Strong commercial acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a lean regional team will set you apart.
