Job Description

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for laboratory equipment and diagnostic products with regional clients

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans for new products and services for regional clients

  • Monitoring sales performance, managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and providing regular updates to senior management ( Europe Management)

  • Participating in Managing Regional Client relationship, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements with hospitals and diagnostic labs.

  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of product specialists and sales representatives in Singapore Service Branch

  • Conducting field coaching, product training, and sales technique workshops to improve team performance.

  • Setting sales goals and evaluating team performance to ensure high-performance standards are achieved.

  • Coordinating and conducting engaging product demonstrations and evaluations of blood test equipment to demonstrate clinical value.

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and technical/application support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical inquiries.

  • Monitoring competitors products, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Overseeing inventory levels to ensure the availability of equipment and consumables for sales opportunities.

  • Ensuring all sales activities comply with safety, legal, and regulatory standards within the healthcare industry.

Requirements :-

  • Min 5-10 years Regional Sales experience in Hematology diagnostics, laboratory equipment, or medical devices

  • Degree in Biomedical/Life Sciences or Business is often preferred.

  • Proven leadership, strong communication, negotiation, and CRM software proficiency.

  • Good Sales Track record of Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for laboratory equipment and diagnostic products.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans for new products and services.

  • Monitoring sales performance, managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and providing regular updates to senior management ( Europe Management)

  • Candidate must be able to do intensive Travelling ( 60% of Travel per month)

  • Working location at Paya Lebar Area
