Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives across Southeast Asia to expand and diversify the customer base
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue target
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and brand promotion
- Travel frequently across Southeast Asia to build customer relationships and attend industry events
- Coordinate closely with headquarters in Germany and affiliated Asian offices to align on strategy and share market intelligence
- Manage sales projects, including quotations and customer interactions, within the company's CRM system
Requirements:
- Background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Understanding the electronics production or capital equipment industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian market trends, cultural differences, and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent skills in communication and negotiation.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Willing and able to travel within Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore
