  • Drive Business Growth - Expand and maintain the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies across key markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Korea.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers including oil & gas, chemicals, lubricants, plastics, and related industries
  • Sales Network Development - Establish and manage an indirect sales network by strategically selecting and overseeing agents and distributors in the assigned region. Manage projects with direct end-users when opportunities arise.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting - Gather customer and market insights, monitor competitor activities, and provide detailed sales reports, quotations, and CRM updates to support business decisions.
  • Strategic Sales Execution - Conduct regular customer visits, implement sales tactics aligned with business strategies, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts to drive regional revenue growth.

Requirement

  • Regional sales experience in industrial products
  • Hunter / New Business Development experience
