Job Description

Location: Singapore (Regional coverage: SG, MY, TH, PH, ID)

About the Role

Fast-growing organization in the energy storage / clean energy space to appoint a Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding channel partnerships across Southeast Asia.

This role will play a critical part in building and managing distributor networks, developing go-to-market strategies, and accelerating market penetration in key SEA markets.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong network of channel partners, distributors, and system integrators
  • Identify and onboard new partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones
  • Drive business development initiatives, including market entry strategies and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market plans, pipeline development, and deal execution
  • Provide commercial guidance on pricing, positioning, and competitive strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the energy storage sector
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams to support solution delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, power systems, or related sectors
  • Proven track record in channel sales / partner management across Southeast Asia
  • Strong network within distributors, EPCs, or system integrators in the region
  • Experience managing multi-country portfolios (SG, MY, TH, PH, ID preferred)
  • Understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS) or adjacent technologies is highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive complex, solution-based sales
  • Willingness to travel across the region

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with local market dynamics, regulations, and incentives in SEA energy markets
  • Background in working with utilities, commercial & industrial (C&I) clients, or renewable project developers
