We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about transforming market insights into actionable business strategies.
Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Oversee regional sales performance, set targets, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with product, operations, and global marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare analytics-based reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Manage and mentor a high-performing regional team.
Bachelor's / Master degree in Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development-preferably in a regional leadership role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
Excellent communication, Proficient in English and Mandarin leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel and stationed within the region as needed.
