About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about transforming market insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

  • Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

  • Oversee regional sales performance, set targets, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and global marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare analytics-based reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing regional team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development-preferably in a regional leadership role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.

  • Excellent communication, Proficient in English and Mandarin leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to travel and stationed within the region as needed.
