Regional Sales Manager (Consumer Product)
- Identify new opportunities and develop new accounts to drive overall sales growth across APAC region.
- Formulate, implement and execute marketing strategies for distributorship.
- Management and monitoring of performance and PSI of distributors.
- Export sales forecast for visual solution products.
- Process distributor orders, includes but not limited to:-
- Calculation of gross profit and price quotation.
- Incoming shipment from factory and outgoing shipment to distributors.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing team on product information updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials to distributors.
- Preparations of reports, pipeline and tender information.
- Support any ad-hoc activities and/or duties assigned when required
REQUIREMENT
- Possess minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years regional sales experience in Consumer Product Industry.
- Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success.
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
- Strong negotiation skills and use of sales analytics.
- Excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel overseas with short notice.
