Our client is an automotive MNC and they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and managing relationships with distributors and dealers across assigned markets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, market insight, and the ability to guide partners toward achieving operational and financial objectives.
Your new role
- Develop annual retail and wholesale sales plans with distributors/dealers.
- Forecast production and manage stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Track sales vs. budget and provide market, competitor, and performance reports.
- Maintain strong dealer relationships through regular market visits.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and support partners in achieving targets.
- Support key account activities and ensure compliance with sales standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement.
- Review customer experience metrics and showroom sales processes.
- Analyze sales financials and performance KPIs with partners.
- Recommend operational improvements and support market expansion discussions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or dealer management within the automotive or related industry.
- Experience in managing distributors/dealers and customer-facing operations.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealer business models and KPIs.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence tools.
- Experience coordinating or leading teams is preferred.
