Job Description

ARK is a multinational B2B automobile wholesaler, we specialize in sourcing and supplying new and pre-owned Japanese vehicles to businesses worldwide.

With direct access to Japan's major auction networks, authorized dealers, we provide customized sourcing solutions, competitive pricing, transparent vehicle information, and full support in logistics and compliance.

As part of ARK's global growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive our international expansion.

Based in Singapore with regular overseas travel, this role will be responsible for direct sales, client acquisition, relationship building, and gathering market intelligence to support ARK's long-term business objectives across key global markets.

Candidates must already manage active accounts with strong sales volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring in and activate existing dealer accounts, converting them into active customers with ARK.
  • Acquire and develop new customers, driving expansion of ARK's overseas footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets, taking ownership of revenue generation in assigned markets.
  • Travel overseas when required to meet, maintain, and develop client relationships (frequency based on account needs).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with HQ: customer acquisition, quotations, negotiations, closing, logistics, export arrangements, and after sales support.
  • Source vehicles from Japanese auctions aligned with client requirements independently or with a support team-keeping accounts active and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to improve ARK's sourcing, pricing, and bidding strategies.
