Key Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of the regional distribution network across Retail, On-Trade, Travel Retail, and E-commerce channels
- Develop and manage a strong network of importers, distributors, and key accounts across Southeast Asia
- Define and execute route-to-market strategies adapted to each country
- Lead trade marketing and brand-building activities, including wine dinners, tastings, masterclasses, and trade events
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, enhancing brand equity and portfolio positioning
- Build and drive Joint Business Plans with partners, including sales targets and activation calendars
- Identify new business opportunities and open new markets across the region
- Provide structured reporting on market performance, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence
- Implement corrective actions to optimise commercial performance
- Expected up to 50% of traveling
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Delivery of volume, revenue, gross margin, and EBIT targets
- Achievement of distribution, customer, and brand objectives
- Portfolio performance (sales mix, visibility,positioning)
- New business development and market expansion
- Effectiveness of market execution and reporting
- Optimisation of commercial terms and profitability
Profile & Experience
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Wine &Spirits, FMCG, or premium/ luxury distribution
- Strong track record in regional sales or export roles within Southeast Asia
- Solid understanding of wine distribution models and market dynamics in SEA
- Proven ability to develop importer/distributor networks and key accounts
- Experience in an international environment,reporting in English
- Fluent in English and French is a must
- Prior experience within a European company or wine négociant environment is highly preferred
