Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts in shipping line and logistics services

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in assigned regions

  • Build strong relationships with carriers, agents, and overseas partners

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management

  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in shipping line, freight forwarding, or international logistics

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and regional account management

  • Strong understanding of shipping routes, freight solutions, and logistics operations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple markets

  • Willing to travel regionally when required
