We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead new business expansion across Southeast Asia.
The Role
You will drive payroll transformation solutions to Mid-Market and Large Enterprise clients, owning the full new business sales cycle. This is hands-on, autonomous role for someone who excels at prospecting, building senior relationships, and closing high-value deals across the region.
Key Responsibilities
. Hunt and secure new enterprise clients across Southeast Asia
. Build and manage a strong pipeline to exceed revenue targets
. Engage C-suite stakeholders (CHROs, CFOs, Business Leaders)
. Lead solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
. Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and client outcomes
. Stay current on payroll, compliance, and market trends
What You Bring
. Proven success in enterprise B2B sales (payroll, HCM, SaaS preferred)
. Strong hunter mentality with a track record of new logo wins
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
. Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia
