The Regional Sales Manager - Aerospace will be responsible for driving business development and expanding Company's Aerospace vertical across Singapore and the ASEAN region.
This role requires a seasoned professional with established Aerospace industry exposure, a strong understanding of sector-specific operational requirements, and the ability to generate immediate commercial impact.
The candidate will work closely with Company's global Aerospace teams including counterparts in the USA to strengthen customer engagement, enhance service capabilities, and increase regional market share.
The role is expected to deliver measurable commercial results within the initial 12 months through active customer acquisition and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
l Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Aerospace vertical in Singapore and ASEAN.
l Identify and secure new Aerospace customers while expanding wallet share within existing accounts.
l Leverage established industry relationships to accelerate business development opportunities.
l Understand and manage industry-specific requirements, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground), SLA-driven operations, compliance standards, and time-critical shipments.
l Coordinate closely with USA Aerospace team and NOEC for 24/7 coverage and operational alignment.
l Act as the regional focal point for Aerospace-related sales initiatives and customer engagement.
l Provide monthly reporting on pipeline development, GP performance, and customer expansion initiatives.
l Support internal capability-building for Aerospace operations across the region.
Requirements
l Minimum 8-10 years of sales or business development experience within the Aerospace logistics sector.
l Demonstrated track record of managing and growing Aerospace industry accounts.
l Strong understanding of AOG operations, regulatory compliance, and time-critical logistics requirements.
l Established professional network within the Aerospace ecosystem (OEMs, MROs, airlines, parts suppliers, etc.).
l Ability to independently generate and convert commercial opportunities.
l Regional experience within Singapore and/or ASEAN preferred.
l Strong communication and cross-border collaboration capability.
l Willingness to travel within ASEAN and globally when required.
