Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established regional consumer goods group with a strong footprint across Asia. The company operates across multiple food categories and supplies both retail and B2B customers through an extensive regional distribution network.
As part of its growing dairy products division, the team is looking to hire a Regional Sales Executive to support the commercial expansion of key dairy brands (e.g. condensed milk, evaporated milk) across regional markets. This role sits within a lean regional team and reports directly to a Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional marketing and sales initiatives for dairy products across Asia
- Coordinate with distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders on marketing execution
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing or promotion tracking
- Prepare sales and marketing materials (presentations, product information, basic campaigns)
- Support day-to-day communication with regional markets, including Cantonese-speaking partners
- Contribute to brand-building and go-to-market activities across multiple countries
Qualifications:
- Cantonese proficiency is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or commercial roles (FMCG exposure is a plus)
- Comfortable working across regional markets and cultures
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English Mandarin is an advantage
