Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing and sales professional to join the Polymer business. This position will be based at our client office in Singapore and will work in close coordination with the HQ team located. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and managing existing accounts across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. This role will play a key part in supporting HQ sales strategy by identifying market opportunities, delivering customer-focused solutions, and driving business growth in the region. It is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about specialty chemicals and eager to contribute in a global, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners
  • Make a spot contract
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ sales team coordinate sales volume, pricing, logistics, and after-sales service for customers in the region
  • Represent organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a petrochemical-related field such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science
  • At least 3-6 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the petrochemical industry, ideally in B2B markets
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in an additional regional language is a plus
  • Must be open and eligible to travel across Southeast Asia and other key international markets for business activities.
