Job Scope:

• Drive sales and market development for Engineering Plastics & Polymers in assigned markets

• Develop market strategies in alignment with principals and manage key relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and support product launches and technical engagements.

• Oversee pricing alignment, sales budgeting, credit control, receivables, and customer issue resolution.

• Conduct business reviews, prepare sales reports, and provide market intelligence.

• Collaborate with internal and overseas teams to ensure effective execution.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma

• Possess minimum 1 - 5 years of Sales experience

• Prior experience in Engineering Plastic / Polymers related products or experience from Trading industry is preferred

• Ability to travel frequently on business trips in Asian region

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Strong communications. Interpersonal and presentation skill
