Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation & Strategy: Set and exceed ambitious regional sales targets develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a regional sales team, providing coaching to improve performance and drive results.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster growth.
  • Market Expansion & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Oversee sales forecasts, territory management, and regional budget allocation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in jewelry industry and sales management, typically 5-7 years, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is generally required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
