Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Strategy: Set and exceed ambitious regional sales targets develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a regional sales team, providing coaching to improve performance and drive results.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.

- Forecasting & Budgeting: Oversee sales forecasts, territory management, and regional budget allocation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in jewelry industry and sales management, typically 5-7 years, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is generally required.
