Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing personal care brand and they are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven sales leader to take their B2C sales function to the next level. As a key member of their leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a robust sales strategy that drives brand growth, expands their regional market presence, and builds a world-class sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive B2C sales strategy that drives significant revenue growth and market share. This includes identifying new market opportunities, expanding into new consumer segments, and integrating all of their sales channels.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented sales team. You will set ambitious goals, coach for success, and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
  • Use consumer insights, market intelligence, and sales analytics to refine their sales tactics, optimize performance, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee the execution of their sales strategy across all platformsfrom direct-to-consumer channels and retail partners to experiential activationsensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
  • Work closely with their marketing team to develop compelling sales narratives and reinforce the brand as the preferred choice in the market.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in B2C sales in FMCG/Consumer industries, with a proven history of driving revenue growth and market share gains across multiple markets.
  • A demonstrated ability to launch, scale, and sustain high-volume consumer sales operations in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
  • Deep knowledge of omnichannel sales strategies, with hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail distribution, and both digital and traditional customer acquisition.
  • Strong skills in translating complex market data into impactful sales strategies and effective business plans.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You are a natural at building relationships and influencing others.
