Regional Sales Director

Seeking for a leader who manages sales performance, growth strategies, and operations across China, Malaysia and Singapore

• Plan and execute sales, revenue, profit margin, and market share targets for the region.
• Hire, coach, and manage regional sales teams, and direct/channel representatives.
• Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand into emerging territories.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with major clients, enterprise accounts, and key distributors.
• Oversee sales pipelines, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics (KPIs)

Typical Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Extensive B2B sales experience with a proven track record of managing multi-country or regional teams.
• Experience managing both direct sales forces and indirect distributor or partner channels.
