Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth across ASEAN.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a 30-40 pax regional sales team to achieve commercial targets.
- Maintain strong alignment with regional leadership and HQ through consistent communication and reporting.
- Manage strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships with OEM and EMS customers.
- Collaborate with global BUs to drive global account strategies across major EMS and multinational customers.
- Work closely with global marketing on product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive gotomarket plans.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, margin control, and overall commercial discipline.
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to support regional growth.
- Partner with supply chain, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and execution excellence.
- Support business development initiatives in India, Europe, and North America as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record as Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Leader in electronic components (especially inductors or related passive components).
- Deep experience managing ASEAN sales markets and customer portfolios.
- Fluency in Mandarin for daily engagement with China HQ teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
- Success managing multinational or global strategic accounts.
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
