Position: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in managing sales across multiple regions. The ideal candidate must hold ACMS certification and possess strong expertise in Power Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Lifting Equipment, and Torque Tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key customer accounts and distributor networks.
- Achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability goals.
- Conduct market analysis, identify business opportunities, and implement regional sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Mandatory Product Knowledge:
- Cordless Tools: Impact wrenches, grinders, drills, heat guns
- Pneumatic Tools: Impact wrenches, grinders
- Lifting Equipment: Ergonomic material handling solutions
- Torque Tools: High-precision tools for assembly & manufacturing
Requirements:
- ACMS Certification (Not Mandatory)
- Experience handling multi-region sales (preferably Southeast Asia)
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle and drive revenue growth
- Candidate must confirm no active non-competition agreement before submission
