Job Description

Job Purpose

The Regional Rewards Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering competitive, compliant, and business‑aligned reward strategies across an assigned cluster of countries. This role partners closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure reward programs support talent attraction, retention, and performance while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of regional reward strategies across the country cluster in alignment with global reward framework and local market needs.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for all reward‑related matters, ensuring consistency, governance, and adherence to global policies.
  • Provide strategic reward insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Support or lead the design, review, and implementation of benefits programs, considering cost efficiency, market practice, and employee value proposition.
  • Advise on short‑ and long‑term incentive plans, sales incentives, and other variable pay structures.
  • Communicate reward programmes, changes, and outcomes clearly to key stakeholders.
  • Support change management and communication for reward initiatives.
  • Analyze reward data and trends to provide insights on cost, equity, pay gaps, and competitiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reward processes, tools, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus on reward / compensation & benefits.
  • Proven regional or multi‑country reward experience, preferably in a matrixed or multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of regional labour markets and regulatory considerations.
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Able to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage complexity across multiple markets.
  • Strong communication and project management capabilities.
