About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Recruiter based in Singapore to support Alibaba Cloud's international talent acquisition initiatives across the APAC region. This role will focus on recruiting talent for technical, operational, and business roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and recruitment insights for international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification assessment, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Source talent for Alibaba Cloud's international roles across APAC, using diverse sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies.
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, recruitment platforms, and innovative sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Monitor employment trends across key APAC markets and assist recruitment leadership in conducting industry and talent market analysis.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting through talent interviews and market insights related to organizational structures and industry movements.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including coordinating technical talks, recruitment events, and employee referral programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in technology-related industries.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies to attract talent.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role will collaborate closely with stakeholders based in China.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for cloud computing, data center, technical, sales, pre-sales, or post-sales roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment processes.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-service mindset.
