Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
- Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including process documentation, performance reviews, and staff training.
- Handle customer-specific quality requirements, scorecards, and product change notifications.
- Support OEM qualification, manage quality assurance agreements, and maintain strong customer quality relationships.
- Translate Voice of Customer into actionable quality improvements and train internal teams on quality standards.
- Lead critical issue and claim management, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Process, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive/electronics quality.
- Certified auditor with strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, and IATF 16949.
- Skilled in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.
- Six Sigma experience and familiarity with sustainability and regulatory standards are a plus.
