Quality Management System:
. Facilitate the organization to act according to the processes described in the respective parts of the Quality Management System
. Participate in management reviews, report, and analyze key performance indicators
. Organize and conduct trainings for the local organization and sales teams
. Manage process document control and ensure up-to-date documentation
. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks
. Responsible for Audit Management Software (CAQ)
Customer Requirements:
. Evaluate and manage customer-specific requirements, provide documentation if needed
. Collect and evaluate customer scorecards. Drive and monitor improvement actions if required.
. Support product change notifications (Global PCN and Local PCN) and customer special requirements.
. Attend customer quality training
. Ensure correct PPAP documentation/submission (main responsibility plants)
. Analyze and report on major claim issues
. Maintain IMDS/CAMDS databases and manage shelf-life statements
Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering - preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent)
. 5+ years experience in automotive / electronics quality field
. Completed auditor training of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949)
. Advanced knowledge of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949) and automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC)
