Responsibilities:
- Define and execute regional quality strategies aligned with global objectives to achieve high reliability and zero-defect performance.
- Lead and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) across Asia manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance and audit readines
- Oversee quality assurance processes including qualification, change management, performance tracking, and effective CAPA closure.
- Act as the key interface for customers, managing escalations and driving robust resolution of quality and reliability issues.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, leveraging data to enhance process capability and reduce defects.
- Strengthen process control and operational excellence to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional quality team, focusing on talent development, engagement, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Regional Exposure
- Semiconductor Manufacturing experience will be a plus
