Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Project Manager cum Regional Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, optimization, and development of the X Port platform across multiple markets in the region.

This role sits at the intersection of project execution, product strategy, and regional stakeholder management, ensuring that X Port initiatives are delivered efficiently while continuously enhancing product performance, scalability, and user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Regional Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end regional X Port projects related to implementation, rollout, and enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business Units.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within scope ad budget.
  • Track and report project progress to senior management with clear insights and recommendations.

2.Regional Product Management

  • Own the regional product roadmap for X Port, aligning with business priorities and market needs.
  • Drive continuous product optimization, focusing on user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, operational data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and feature enhancements to R&D department.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to prioritize backlog and ensure high-quality delivery.

3.Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead the development of new features and capabilities to enhance X Port competitiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and competitors to ensure product relevance.
  • Support pilot launches, A/B testing, and iterative product improvements.

4.Regional Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key liaison between regional and local teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with country teams to adapt product features to local regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication across markets to ensure best practice sharing and standardization.

5.Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs related to product performance, project delivery, and user adoption.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility on performance metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend continuous improvements and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Fintech Platform Product & Project Professionals with:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Strategic Management, or a related field.
  • With 5 to 8 years of substantial experience in product management, project management, or digital platform operations, with at least 2 years in a regional scope or team leadership/management role.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end regional projects and/or product initiatives, from conception to implementation, with measurable business and operational impact.
  • Experience in platform-based businesses, logistics, fintech, or digital ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and product sense, with the ability to identify key business drivers and translate them into actionable product and project strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to high performance, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and drive decisions across regional and local teams.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to leverage insights to drive product optimization and strategic decisions. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, dashboards) is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives across markets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Expert proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to independently produce management-level presentations, business cases, and reporting dashboards.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regional stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly across diverse markets.
