We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Project Management team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Regional Project Manager, Health & Benefits, you will lead and manage regional and global strategic initiatives, driving adoption of the Global Target operating model across markets. You will collaborate closely with local COOs and stakeholders to standardize processes, implement efficiency initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong project execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable operational improvements.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and manage country and regional strategic/internal initiatives from definition through to successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project status updates, risk assessments, and strategic plans at governance and risk committee meetings.
- Identify, design, and implement country/regional efficiency initiatives using a metrics-driven approach.
- Drive and monitor adoption of the Global Target operating model across individual markets, collaborating with local COOs.
- Facilitate alignment of processes across Marsh and Mercer business units through process mapping and collaboration.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships across multiple markets, ensuring clear communication and customer-focused delivery.
What you need to have:
- 6-8 years of project execution/project management experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in facilitating project meetings and presentations.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regional C-suite and senior leaders.
- Experience managing multiple health & benefits projects regionally and at country level, with the ability to multitask and run projects independently.
