Regional Program Coordinator / Project Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time and remote role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance workplace safety. Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety training, performing workplace inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring adherence to occupational health standards. Additional responsibilities may include evaluating and improving policies related to environmental health and safety (EHS) to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) policies and practices
• Expertise in Workplace Safety and conducting risk assessments
• Strong skills in Safety Training and designing safety-oriented programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, CSP, or similar credentials are highly desirable
