Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, growth, or related functions.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising or a closely related field, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging advertising solutions.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proven project management and process management expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by synthesizing insights from diverse sources such as data sets, user interviews, and market research.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with TikTok advertising solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders, with strong relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Prior experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
