Job Description

As the Regional Product Manager, you'll take the lead in driving the Interventional Cardiology Product Portfolio across Singapore, Philippines, Myanmar, and Bruneishaping strategy, inspiring momentum, and delivering measurable impact.

In this role, you'll spearhead bold product marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, accelerate sales, and unlock new revenue opportunities. You'll translate both short and longterm business priorities into actionable plans that fuel growth across Singapore and Emerging Markets. Partnering closely with country teams and distributors, you'll identify growth levers, sharpen value propositions, build competitive differentiators, and design training programs that empower Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to win in the market.

You'll champion the development and execution of highimpact marketing initiatives with clear KPIs that track success and drive accountability. You'll also influence key business cyclesincluding annual planning, forecasting, and S&OPto strengthen decisionmaking and resource allocation. As a catalyst for change, you'll promote a growth mindset and collaborate across functions and countries to elevate commercial excellence, streamline processes, and continuously enhance performance.

Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Intelligence

  • Proactively stay ahead of the competitive landscape by continuously analyzing market trends, industry dynamics, and performance gaps. Lead the Product Marketing team in crafting and executing strategic actions and counterstrategies that strengthen our market position.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics to ensure timely insights, guide country teams with datadriven recommendations, and partner closely with them to shape both defensive and growthoriented strategies.
  • Leverage automated data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, uncover performance drivers, and refine marketing strategies in real time to maximize impact and optimize results.

Product launch Plans & Campaign Execution

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, multichannel marketing campaignsincluding events and sales enablement initiativesto drive lead generation and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Work closely with regional marketing to adapt and customize global and regional assetssuch as collateral, presentations, and digital contentto align with the specific needs of the assigned market.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet overarching marketing goals.
  • Oversee marketing program budgets and evaluate the ROI of key initiatives, providing regular performance updates and insights to guide future strategy.

Sales Enablement & Product Support

  • Serve as the product champion and key technical marketing resource for the sales team, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Influence and engage with key markets, focus on customer segmentations (clinical, operations and economic), linking to buying and sales process, market dynamics, to enhance marketing reach and impact, supporting purpose of defend and/or accelerate business growth.
  • Design customer loyalty programs that will help in strengthening brand loyalty and maximizing brand value among existing customers and improve brand value with new and competition users.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Build and support strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, internal events and customer meetings to promote our brand and PCI solutions.
  • Maintain effective internal communication to ensure alignment across sales, regulatory, and operation teams on marketing goals.
  • Deliver timely, insightrich updates to the Country Manager, covering Biosensors sales performance, market share trends, competitive intelligence, and key clinical insights to drive informed decisionmaking.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Science, Biotechnology or any other related disciplines
  • 3-5 years sales and marketing experience in Interventional cardiology or related field
  • Proven ability to deliver key messaging on a product and clinical basis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in local product launch of medical device products to the medical community
  • Understanding of clinical data and its interpretation to present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leadership and people management skill to foster relationship and influence outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate value and results to all customer segments, and internal stakeholders
  • Be creative in problem solving and innovative in marketing ideas to stand out among crowded market.
  • Strong analytic marketing knowledge and sales support
  • Highly organized and result oriented, effectively utilises time and stay on top of shifting priorities
  • Effective Project Manager, able to keep projects on schedule while performing additional unrelated tasks
  • Strong in PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI
